What you eat can get you in the mood in more ways than one. Yes, certain foods really can affect your sexual desire. So, here are five foods you should put in your shopping trolley if you want your evening to go off with a bang.

 

Apples

Apples are full of quercetin, an antioxidant known to promote blood circulation, treat erectile dysfunction and address low sexual desire.
