Hello
I'm Anna, a certified addiction therapist, relationship psychotherapist and a psychosexual therapist.
I'm on a mission to help people embrace their recovery and end the emotional pain and isolation associated with addiction. I believe wholeheartedly that we all deserve to live a full recovered life.
I help my clients repair the damage that addiction has caused, so they can have a full, happy recovered life – one that includes meaningful relationships, happy family dynamics and a sex life that they’re comfortable with. My approach is comprehensive but gentle and holistic. My work has taught me that rebuilding and repairing relationships after addiction is key to a successful recovery. I believe there is no situation too difficult to be bettered and no unhappiness too great to be lessened. Whether it’s you who has a problem with addiction or your partner or family member does, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happened and find the best way forward.

The olive branch method
Why an olive branch?
It’s not simply because I have an olive tree outside my garden office. The olive branch sums up the philosophy behind my work. Confused? Well, you could say that starting therapy is akin to accepting an olive branch. After all, the olive branch has long been a symbol of renewal and hope, friendship and reconciliation, and above all, peace. It is an icon for those who aspire to build bridges, resolve conflicts, and cultivate harmonious relationships.
When my clients and I talk about what a recovered life might look like, these themes come up time and again. It is an absolute privilege to witness my clients achieve their aspirations, to see them thrive, as relationships heal, conflicts end, and they find hope and positivity once more. Knowing that our work together has played a part in their success is all the motivation I need.
